As a Cabin Crew Ambassador, your role extends beyond the cabin. In addition to delivering outstanding onboard service, you will represent Etihad around the world!

We are looking for candidates that meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of joining
• Height – minimum 163 cm
• Educated to at least high school level
• Customer service experience (Preferable, but not a must)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good physics and health
• Able to comply with uniform regulations, no visible tattoos or piercings while wearing uniform
• Comfortable representing the airline at public event and promotion campaigns
• Understands the airline’s values, culture, and brand, and can convey it naturally
